The Heart Behind This Mission
Healing has been the thread through everything I've done — rescuing businesses in crisis, healing hearts through songwriting, and trying to heal a broken system by running for the Tennessee State House in 2020 after losing my brother to the invisible wounds of war.
That race launched nearly seven years of studying our culture from the inside out. I trained women from political stages, sharpened techniques I developed over my whole career, and learned a tough truth: no political fix will heal America.
The political machine profits from division. If hearts and minds don't change, any policy win is temporary.
The push I needed to walk away came from a dear friend: "Diane, it seems like you need to stop sitting at tables that Jesus would flip over."
She was right. So I pulled my signature techniques out of political rooms and brought them to Main Street America — neighborhoods, living rooms, kitchen tables, and breakrooms — where healing is needed most.
We don't need more political fire. We need more Light. Today I train women to be "tealights" — small, steady sources of warmth and influence who win hearts for Jesus right where they live. Win a mom, you stand a good chance of winning a home. Win enough homes, and you begin to win back a culture.
Those years studying the political landscape gave me — and now you — the tools to understand hard-hitting headlines, navigate difficult conversations, and respond from a confident, biblical worldview instead of fear or frustration.
Our only hope is the Light of the world. The darker it gets, the more one small light matters. There is an art to this work, and my passion is sharing it with you.
Until Jesus returns, there is still hope — and a Great Commission to fulfill. We have no time to lose.
